Year 4 - Light it up

Wednesday, 3 July 2019

In Year 4, we have been learning all about electricity and circuits. The children have been investigating different materials and components which could be used as switches in a circuit. They have also made their own switches using split pins and paperclips. Some of the children even created their own mini-fans using a motor.

It was brilliant to see so many budding electricians in the year group!

Our shelters aren't going to save any lives but we're very pleased with them and they were a lot of fun to make.
