Hilldene throws down the gauntlet
Despite the wet weather last week, many parents attended the Challenge afternoon led by Anne Nelson (borough adviser) and supported by Mrs Mckinnon. With a focus on how to engage in open-ended learning tasks, the brave parents embraced the challenge and thoroughly enjoyed taking part in an afternoon of interactive activities. Following this, they visited classes where they saw their children participating in similar activities. Thank you to all the parents for their support and attendance and to Ann Nelson and Mrs McKinnon for organising such an informative and worthwhile event.
