Hilldene happily hosted a staff meeting on Monday for teachers from all Harold Hill schools, who came to discuss, assess and grade pupils writing. The hall was alive with professional dialogue and challenge as cluster colleagues focused on ensuring consistency in writing expectations across the schools.
School to school support and challenge is vital in our journeys of continual development and this was certainly a fantastic opportunity to develop our professional learning community in Harold Hill.
