Year 6 celebrated World Book Week by tasting Turkish Delight. In The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe this Eastern delicacy is used to enchant Edmund and make him obey the wicked White Witch. Not everyone thought that it was delicious but some children loved its jelly consistency. The lemon and orange flavours were the most popular but all the flavours magically disappeared!
