As part of their work editing the next copy of Havering’s Taking Steps magazine, our 6 Junior Travel Ambassadors (JTAs) took part in a video conferencing interview with Dean Stott with children from 2 other schools at Hylands Primary School on Thursday 14th June.
Dean Stott was recently in the news for 2 things: firstly, for breaking the world record for cycling from the tip of South America to the tip of North America – he completed the journey in 99 days. Secondly, because he is a close friend of Prince Harry and was invited to the Royal Wedding!
During the interview, the children asked a number of questions about both of these events and also about Dean and his family.
