Year 3 visit Hyde Hall

Thursday, 15 May 2014

On Wednesday pupils and staff in Year 3 enjoyed an action packed day at Hyde Hall RHS Gardens as part of their topic work learning about plants.

With the glorious sunshine smiling down on them, the excited children eagerly investigated different parts of the gardens, learned about seeds and plant growth from the very knowledgeable staff. They also made animal habitats and fed some of the biggest goldfish they'd ever seen!

Tired but happy, everyone returned to school at the end of the day, bursting with new scientific knowledge!

Thank you to all the staff and parents who helped make the trip so enjoyable.
