Year 6 - Able Maths Day

On Tuesday 13th of November, four children from year 6 went to The Mawney Foundation School's Able Maths Day. They experienced a range of problem solving activities from 'The Money Maze' to creating factorials. The children particularly enjoyed making their very own 'A-Z of maths' tablecloth. They are now keen to share their new learning with the rest of Year 6 although they will need some Marigold gloves to explain one way of working out some of the trickier times tables! All the children were an absolute credit to the school throughout the trip - fantastic!​
