THURSDAY 6TH JUNE – COME ALONG TO…
PARENT WORKSHOPS [KS2 Hall] - TURN LEARNING INTO FUN!
Workshop 1: 9.00 - 10.00am            Workshop 2: 2.00 - 3.00pm

Help your child to have lots of fun learning. Help them to develop their literacy and numeracy skills without them even noticing. Help them to strengthen their social skills while they laugh and play.
Then the GAMES workshop is for you.

Games like Cluedo (helps with inference and deduction skills), Monopoly (numeracy and negotiation skills), Twister (physical hand-to-eye coordination skills) and many others, including computer games e.g. Minecraft (creative, geographic, science skills), all have a positive role to play in the development of your child’s learning and development skills.

As well as offering you the opportunity to have lots of fun, this workshop will give you tips and advice on how to use these games to supplement the learning that takes place in school. Even after a busy day, this workshop can help you to find ways of learning with your child that’s fun and less stressful for both of you.

So come along to the workshop, run by Paddy McCaffrey from Achievement for All, and turn learning into fun, for both you and your child.
